     你们好！

     祝贺你们成为上海大学2023级国际新生，即将在上海大学开启新阶段的学习和生活。现将新生注册相关事宜通知如下：

Dear new students,

Congratulations for being admitted as new international students of Shanghai University in 2023 and starting a new stage of life and study here. The registration for new SHU international students are hereby notified as follows:

01 新生报到及相关安排

 Registration Schedule:

新生报到包括线上预报到和正式报到。

1. 线上预报到：学生通过预报到，可完成校内住宿预订和浦东机场接机预订。

1) 学生端入口：https://apply.applyforshu.com/ pre-registration/#/user/login

2) 开放时间：2023年 7月11日-9月15日

2. 正式报到

1) 8月27日前抵校的新生：

①　报到形式：线下报到注册

②　报到地点：根据上课地点到所在校区报到

宝山校区：上海市宝山区锦秋路716号（北门），V楼国际教育学院办公室

延长校区：上海市静安区延长路149号，国际教育学院莘远楼一楼（近校医院）

嘉定校区：上海市嘉定区城中路20号，文德楼2楼208

2）8月27日后抵校的新生

报到形式：线上报到注册

注意：

①　请根据录取通知书上的上课地点所在校区报到，不建议跨校区报到；

②　如有特殊原因不能按期报到者，需向学校履行请假手续。未履行请假手续，逾期两周未报到者（即9月10日后），视为自动放弃入学，取消入学资格。

The registration for new students includes online pre-registration and official registration.

1. Online Pre-registration

Students can book on-campus accommodation and Pudong Airport Pick-up when doing online pre-registration.

Date：July 11, 2023~September 15, 2023

2. Official Registration

(1) For New Students Arriving before August 27

Registration Method: 

On-site registration

Registration Location: Please go the the campus according to the location of the class

Baoshan campus: V Building, No. 716 Jinqiu Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai.

Yanchang campus: Shenyuan Building, No. 149 Yanchang Road, Jing’an District, Shanghai.

Jiading campus: Room 208 Wende Building, No. 20 Chengzhong Road, Jiading District, Shanghai.

(2) For New Students Arriving after August 27

Registration Method: 

Online registration

Notes:

1. Please register on the campus according to the study location on your admission notice. Cross campus registration is not recommended;

2. Those who can't register on time due to epidemic situation or other personal reasons need to report in advance and apply for leave. Those who fail to apply and register for more than two weeks (after September 10) will be disqualified for admission.

02 正式报到流程及需要的材料

Registration Process and 

Required Documents

第一步：个人信息确认

所有新生都需要先登录国际新生报到系统，确认个人信息和专业信息。

1. 国际新生报到系统入口：https://gjs.shu.edu.cn/XinSXXQR_Login.aspx

2. 开放时间：

2023年 8月21日0:00~9月10日24:00 

（北京时间）

注意：新生报到系统需要通过SHU-VPN访问。详情参见《上海大学VPN使用说明 Guide for SHU VPN Use 》

3. “线下报到”注册的学生请携带以下材料原件和复印件完成学校入学资格复查；“线上报到”注册的学生需上传以下材料扫描件至国际学生系统。材料清单如下：

1) 录取通知书原件

2) 护照个人信息页

3) 签证页

4) 付费证明（如报名费和学费付费证明有多张凭据，请合并在一个pdf文件中再上传）

5) 境外人员临时住宿登记单或校内住宿登记单

6) 最高学历证书、成绩单、语言能力证书 (与网申系统一致)

7) 保险凭证

8) 签字后的新生告知书

9) 签字后的奖学金生告知书（限奖学金生）

第二步：入学资格复核

1. 国际学生招生办公室复核材料：确认学生材料是否齐全、是否与网申系统中的一致；如存在提供虚假材料等违规行为，一经查实，取消其入学资格

2. 财务部门确认学生缴费情况

3. 保险专员确认购买保险情况

4. 辅导员确认新生报到状态，并通知研究生完成专业学院报到

Step 1: Confirm personal and academic information in International Students

Registration System

Portal：https://gjs.shu.edu.cn/XinSXXQR_Login.aspx

Date：August 21, 2023(0:00)~September 10, 2023 (24:00) (Beijing Time)

Note: All new students need use SHU-VPN to connect to the International Students Registration System server. More information please refers to Guide for SHU VPN Use.

For on-site registration students, please take the original and copies of the following documents. And for online registration students, please upload the scanned version of the following documents to the International Students Registration System.

1) Admission notice

2) Passport Page

3) Visa page

4) All receipts of fee payment (if more than one receipts, please merge multiple ones to one page)

5) Temporary Accommodation Registration Form of Oversea students or On-campus Dormitory Registration Form

6) Highest degree certificate, transcripts and language proficiency certificate (same with the online application system)

7) Insurance receipt

8) the signed notification letter for new international students

9) the signed notification letter for new scholarship students

Step 2: Enrollment Qualification Review

1. Admission office staff review documents: check whether the materials uploaded by students are complete and consistent with online application system. If there are improper behaviors such as providing fake materials, admission qualification will be canceled;

2. Financial department confirms students’ tuition payment

3. Foreign Affairs Specialist confirms purchase of insurance

4. Counselors confirm the registration status of new students and inform the post-graduate students to complete the registration in their academic school.

03 其他重要事宜

Other Important Issues

1. 关于录取材料发放

我校已于7月初开始邮寄纸质录取材料。请在收到纸质录取材料后，申请X字签证，办理来华手续。

1. About the paper admission documents

The university has been issuing official admission documents from the beginning of July. After receiving the paper admission documents, please apply for X visa for coming to China. 

2. 关于住宿预订

1) 校内住宿

已在网申系统中完成预付学费被正式录取的新生，如需校内住宿，请在规定日期内登录预报到系统（https://apply.applyforshu.com/ pre-registration/#/user/login）完成校内住宿预订。

2) 校外住宿

由于校内宿舍房间有限，上海大学无法保证所有学生均住在国际学生公寓。无预定或预订未成功的学生，请自行在出发前找好安全可靠的租住房间或酒店宾馆。

2. About Accommodation Reservation

1) On-campus accommodation: 

Officially admitted students who have paid tuition deposit can book the on-campus dorm online. (https://apply.applyforshu.com/ pre-registration/#/user/login)   

2) Off campus accommodation

Due to the limited numbers of rooms on campus, the university cannot guarantee all students can make reservation successfully. Students who have no reservation or unsuccessful reservation, please rent a safe and reliable place or hotel before departure. 

3. 关于接机预订

学校向新生提供浦东国际机场的免费和付费接机服务。如有需要，请在航班起飞前至少72小时（3个工作日）登录预报到系统（https://apply.applyforshu.com/ pre-registration/#/user/login）预订接机服务，逾期预订将不被安排。

1) 免费接机时间段（以下时间为北京时间）

8月21日 中午12:00 晚上 6:00

8月22日 中午12:00 晚上 6:00

8月23日 中午12:00 晚上 6:00

9月10日 中午12:00 晚上 6:00

2）付费接机

其他时间段如需预定接机，费用自理。费用标准：人民币500~600元/人。

提交预订后，将收到预订接机结果确认邮件，如预订成功，邮件中将包含接机地信息。请根据指示，自行前往会合点（浦东机场T1航站楼: 近8号门；浦东机场T2航站楼: 星巴克T2到达店）；如预订不成功，请乘坐公共交通或打车前往目的地，具体参见《来校交通方式说明 Transportation to Shanghai University》。如航班有任何变化，请在航班起飞前24小时及时电话或邮件告知招生项目老师。

3. About airport pick up reservation

New students can book Pudong International Airport online for free or by self-paid. (https://apply.applyforshu.com/ pre-registration/#/user/login)

If needed, please submit the Airport Pick-up booking at least 72 hours (3 working days) before your departure time in order for your airport pickup to be organized and confirmed. Late reservations will not be arranged.

Free Pick-up Service is ONLY available on specified days as below.(Beijing Time)

August 21, am12:00  pm 6:00   

August 22,am12:00  pm 6:00    

August 23,am12:00  pm 6:00

September 10,am12:00  pm 6:00

Others must choose self-paid pick-up service. The fee is about RMB 500~600 per person.

After submitting, you will be sent a confirmation email by system. If booking is successful, further details of where to meet the shuttle transfer service will be included in the letter. You do not need to contact the shuttle provider on arrival, please follow directions to the meeting points (Terminal 1:Close to Gate 8; Terminal 2: Gate of Starbucks Coffee). If failed, please take public transportation or take a taxi to your destination.

4. 关于学费支付

所有自费新生，请在2023年8月21日24:00（北京时间）前完成学费支付，报到时，请携带所有费用的支付凭证（含报名费、预付学费和剩余学费）以备学校查验。

4. About tuition fees

All self-funded new students should complete the tuition payment before 24:00 (Beijing time) of August 21, 2022. When registration, you should bring all payment receipts (including the application fee, tuition deposit and the remaining tuition).

5. 关于保险

所有新生（含各类奖学金生和自费生）在来校报到前，请自行登录网站（http://www.lxbx.net），购买保险，并留存保险凭证，详情参见附件《来华留学生保险购买指南》。

5. About Insurance

All students (including scholarship students) need to purchase the insurance before registration. Please log on the insurance website (http://www.lxbx.net) before your departure and keep the insurance proof. For details, please refer to Insurance Payment Method for International Students.

6. 关于签证更换

持 X1 签证入境的国际学生应在入境之日起 30 日内办理学习类居留许可。国际学生服务中心将为完成线下报到注册的新生提供签证咨询和协助服务。

6. About Visa Change after arrival

Foreigners who enter China with an X1 visa shall submit a letter issued by their school specifying the period of their study, and an admission or enrollment certificate. Foreigners who enter China with other types of visa shall also submit certifications issued by the competent departments. A residence permit with the duration of study specified by the school may be issued. The Shanghai University international students service center (ISSC) will provide assistance for visa change after students’ registration. 

7. 关于新生体检

1) 国际学生来华前，须按照《外国人体格检查纪录》的内容在中国境外检查身体。

2) 到校后，国际学生可个人预约后，持录取通知书、《健康检查申请表》等材料前往上海国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检或验证。体检费自理。国际学生服务中心提供集体预约体检服务，学校在指定时间安排车辆集中前往体检中心。学生在完成正式报到后可咨询国际学生辅导员具体安排。

3） 体检不合格者，按有关规定应立即离境回国。

7. About Physical Check

Before departure, students are suggested to do the Physical Check abroad.

After arrival, students with X1 visa are required to change the visa to a residence permit and asked to do a physical check. Students can make an appointment online, or wait for university to make group reservation for physical examinations. All details about physical examination reports and schedules will be announced by the international students service center (ISSC) after registration.

8. 关于选课及教学安排

选择“线上报到”的新生，请做好线上学习的准备。关于秋季学期选课及教学安排将在报到注册后另行通知。

8. Teaching arrangement

New students who take the online registration should be prepared for online learning. The teaching arrangement of fall semester will be notified after registration.

9. 关于入校

新生无需提交入校申请，凭借护照和录取通知书可直接入校。

9. About Entering the campus

New students can enter the campus with the admission notice and passport.

新生信息自助查询链接：https://273441.yichafen.com

通过输入申请时使用的护照号，新生可以自助查询学号、录通编号、申请单号、校区、及学生证密码

New student information self-service query link：https://273441.yichafen.com

By entering the passport number used in the application, new students can check their student number, admission notice number, application number, registration campus, and student ID password.
