Study Mode and Duration:
The study mode is full-time. For undergraduate programs, the standard duration is 4-5 years, and for master's programs, it is 2-3 years. Dali University offers a flexible academic system, allowing undergraduate programs to extend up to 8 years and master's programs up to 5 years if necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
Non-Chinese citizens in good health, meeting the "Health Examination Standards for International Students" in China.
Strong academic record and good moral character, willing to comply with Chinese laws, regulations, university rules, and cultural norms.
Bachelor's degree applicants should have a high school diploma and be no older than 25 years old. Master's degree applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and be no older than 35 years old.
Citizenship of Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Myanmar, with a valid passport from the respective country.
Chinese language proficiency requirement: HSK Level 4 with a minimum score of 180 for general programs; HSK Level 5 with a minimum score of 180 for Chinese Language and Literature, and Chinese International Education majors. Applicants without prior Chinese language knowledge or not meeting the HSK requirements can apply for a one-year Chinese preparatory study and still be eligible for the scholarship during this period.
